2. Online Store Terms & Refund Policy

By purchasing digital products from The Passion Spectrum AB, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund policy:

• Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers Only)

  • Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days if you have not accessed, downloaded, streamed, or otherwise begun using the digital content.

    By initiating access to the course or opening any materials, you waive this right, as outlined in the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

    If you are an EU customer and have not accessed any part of the product, you may request a refund by contacting tima@passionspectrum.co within 14 days of purchase.

    To determine eligibility, we may review your course access logs or delivery confirmations.

  Waiver of Right to Withdrawal for Immediate Access (All Customers)

  • By purchasing and immediately accessing or downloading a digital product, you expressly waive your right to a refund under EU consumer law.

  • Customers outside the EU acknowledge that all sales are final once access is granted.

  • During checkout, you will be required to confirm that you understand and accept this waiver before completing your purchase.

  Defective or Non-Functioning Products (All Customers)

  • If you experience technical issues or receive a defective product, you may request a replacement or a refund within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are only granted if the product is proven faulty and cannot be fixed.

  Chargebacks & Disputes (All Customers)

  • By completing your purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes. If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us at tima@passionspectrum.co for resolution.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

• Live Events, Webinars, and Recordings
  By registering for and/or attending any live event, webinar, or masterclass hosted by Tima, Fofana -The Passion Spectrum AB, you acknowledge and agree that the session may be recorded. These recordings may be used for internal purposes, marketing, educational content, or resold as digital products. By participating, you grant  Tima Fofana - The Passion Spectrum AB the right to use, distribute, and repurpose these recordings without further consent or compensation.
  If you do not wish to appear in the recording, please refrain from sharing personal information, turning on your camera, or speaking during the session.

 

4. Account Creation & Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information during account creation and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You agree not to impersonate others or provide false account details.
• If your account is compromised, notify us immediately at tima@passionspectrum.co.

 

5. Lawful Use & Intellectual Property

• You may use this website for lawful purposes only. Content that is abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable is strictly prohibited.

• We reserve the right to limit sales based on geographic regions or jurisdiction.
• We do not guarantee that the quality of our products will meet your personal expectations.
